The Student Trainee Exchange Programme (STEP) is an internship program that enables students and young lawyers to take their first steps on an international level and gain experience in foreign legal systems and cultures.

This gives your company the opportunity to employ highly qualified lawyers and students from all over Europe. Depending on your needs, you can search for special legal areas and language skills, thus attracting individual, authentic employees for your company. The period of employment may last from 2 weeks to 24 months and may be in any law-related field.

Since the internship positions are advertised by ELSA and we accompany the interns in all their steps, there is hardly any effort to advertise and process – we are always on the side of your company.
